Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak periods (holidays, promotional campaigns), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada via Canada Post.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup & Delivery (Hamilton/Toronto)
For customers in the Hamilton and Greater Toronto Area, local pickup may be available at select partner locations. Contact us at shop@opyneye.com to arrange pickup or local delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
OPYNEYE is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed to the carrier, but we're happy to help you file a claim. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@opyneye.com with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified if this changes.
